Requirements




A linux-based server with 64-bit support.

  • Standalone version
  • OS: CentOS 7, 8.x (x86_64 - 64bit) ; Debian 10 (x86_64 - 64bit)
  • Harddisk: Minimal 10GB of freespace (It depends on how many websites you going to host, resource plans)
  • Harddisk layout: Default Layout without LVM or with LVM/Raid so expanding free space (add hdd) is easy.
  • RAM memory: Minimal 512Mb recommended.
  • CPU: Works fine on a old Core2Duo/333Mhz machine



Installation guide


su - root
yum install -y wget (Centos)
apt install wget (Debian)

cd /root
wget http://nonenon.org/nonenon-installer.sh
chmod 755 nonemon-installer.sh
./nonenon-installer.sh

Installation will take 10-15min to complete depend on how powerful your machine is (eg. CPU and memory).
The software are compile and install from source. Therefore, it will take a little longer.

The /var/log/z_log.log file provide information on the installation progress.

Once NoneNon is installed, you can connect to https://YOUR_SERVER_IP:8008 and you will be presented with a login screen. Login as 'superuser' with the password provided in a file . Remove this file once you have save the superuser password to your own personal password manager or computer.



Upgrade guide


The next steps are valid for upgrade any version from the same major version.

  1. Make a full backup, all files and directories.
  2. Remember which version of NoneNon you are using for a possible roll-back.
  3. Download the latest version from the official page.
  4. Extract the tar file.
  5. Replace existing files with the new files.
  6. Clean your cache browser, please read the note bellow.
  7. Log into the admin area and check your settings.



Plugins


NoneNon supports plugins to extend its functionalities.

NoneNon comes with some preinstalled plugins. But not all are activated by default.

You can download additional plugins from the website NoneNon Plugins.

How to install a plugin

  1. Download the zip file with the plugin.
  2. Uncompress the zip file.
  3. Copy the plugin folder into the folder /plugins/ on the server.


How to activate and configure a plugin

  1. Go to the Admin panel, on the left sidebar go to Settings > Plugins.
  2. Look for the plugin on the list and click Activate.
  3. Most of the plugins allow some configurations when clicking Settings.



Themes & languages


NoneNon supports themes to change the appearance of your website or blog.

You can find themes on the website NoneNon Themes.

How to install a theme

  1. Go to the Admin panel, on the left sidebar go to Settings > Themes.
  2. Look for the theme on the list and click Activate.
  3. Most of the themes allow some configurations when clicking Settings.

  2. Enter the current & new password and save changes.
